Squash (RIP 2010) & Me
The blog started in November 2011. (Update January 2024)
Mostly this blog happened because the animals were making me laugh and I wanted to be able to show others how silly they were. And also because I missed my Souldog, Squash E Bear. When he passed over the bridge, my need to rescue animals really changed, Gosh, as of today I have had 33 animals. All who had something to do with making me who I am. They all are a piece of my heart. Check out the Angels page
They give me no end of joy and keep me laughing.

Hello Barb. I love Australia and work with many people who live there. I had great fun visiting with the penguins on Prince Phillip Island last year, but sadly, I live on the other side of the world on the east coast of the US in Maryland. Thanks for following the antics of my zoo. Yes we have a great deal of fun (most days) and on the other days, well we have fun then too. – DogDaz

You will someday be full paw size. Lulu is Black Lab/Plott Hound, I think. She has this incredible dark brown under her black.
