“Hey Nine! They left the window open”
“It sure does smell different out there, Stella.”
“I wonder when the Skinks are going to start running across the window ledge like last year?“
“Patience, big brother! You must wait patiently for them to wake up”

This is a blog hop. I hopped it from Snoopy’s DogBlog. Check them out for more mischief.
Just another DogDaz morning at the zoo ❤

We have grasshoppers too. But the skinks like that window a great deal. They are usually blue.

Giz and I are hanging out with 3 kitties this week and I watch them sit right at the doorway looking out at the world and I know they’re planning something

Yes, Gizmo. Cats are always planning something, though it is usually a nap.

Good grief, one of those skinks running across my window would make me flip out. Do you flip out?

No actually, I even pick them up sometimes. But the rest of the family freaks. If they get inside, which sometimes they do (and so do the snakes), the cats and dogs make quick meals out of them (when they can catch them). There are some that live by this window year in and year out. I wonder if they are new or the same.
