It’s so hear breaking when people just give up their older dogs. These dogs deserve better lives.

I will never understand how anyone can give up their senior dog or any dog for that matter. So sad. Hope all three of them find their forever homes soon! Thanks for joining the blog hop!

“Seasoned” dogs make such excellent adoptions. My humans adopted my late canine sister, Lexi. when she was about 8 years old. She wasn’t in very good shape, and they wanted to give her a couple of wonderful last years. She surprised them, got healthy and happy, and lived for another seven years!

This sickens me. It is the same on my post today. How can people just give up a pet that has lived in their home for their lifetime? What is wrong with people? Thanks for showcasing these sweeties, I’m hoping they find the person who will stay with them thru thick and thin soon!!

Thank you for showcasing the seniors and almost-seniors! They usually have the hardest time getting adopted, even though they make the most wonderful companions.
And I truly, truly, truly don’t understand how anyone could surrender a pet that they’ve had for most of the the pet’s life. We can only hope that their next human has a furever heart.
Will share!

Thanks for sharing. All I can think of is that people are in such terrible economic situations that they have no other choice. Not something I would do, but that is about all I can think.
