So glad you are joining me today for the Dogs N Pawz Blog Hop called Tuesday’s Tails! New posts go up on Tuesday but you can link up and post when you want all week-long. The whole purpose is to feature cats, dogs, rabbits, birds, etc. so when you link up is up to you! Even pets from PetFinder, are fine. Let’s just get them all homes!
Dogs N Pawz said “I also want to encourage all of you to share each other’s Tuesday’s Tails posts on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and whatever other social media channels you use. The more we share the more likely we are to get the word out!”
Let’s hop to it! Today we are featuring lots of senior cats. The shelter is full to capacity – that is not good for these wonderful seniors with lots of life left.

Tuesday’s Tails pets can all be found at the Anne Arundel County Animal Control. For more information please call (410) 222-8900 (this is Annapolis, Maryland, USA).

We haven’t adopted senior cats but our current set were about one and three when we adopted them and Gramma adopted a five year old. Everyone wants the kittens, so it is always good to adopt an adult cat. Senior cats are tough as we usually have another cat and then us dogs and they often don’t get along.

Yes it is harder to integrate an adult. But it can be done. Good that Gramma got a 5 year old

Oh so much kitties who need a home. I hope they will find one. Senior-pets are wonderful – and they deserved a lot of love.

I know – the balance in the zoo is just quieting down at 5, so no one new for a while, if we can resist

I know I’ve said this before, but I just love that you feature senior animals. They have character and wisdom and so much love left to share. Thank you.

My mommy laughed, probably because she hopes the same thing. 😉

Thanks – She is doing good, not healing fast but the medicine does not seem to hurt her stomach at least.
