All year long I have seen blogs hopping. I have identified 4 days of the week for pet hops:
- Monday Mischief
- Wordless Wednesday
- This ‘N That Thursday
- Black & White Sunday
I am trying to figure out what a Blog Hop really is. From what I can tell it is a list of blog posts with a related theme all tied to each other. One blog acts as the host of the list of links, called a Linky, on their page. There sometimes are rules that must be followed on that page too. (Am I getting this right?) You add your info to the Linky and then repost the Linky on your blog to promote the hop. I think I like this idea. Do I have to go back to the first blog in the hop, or will any hopper blog do? Not totally sure yet, but I think I may try to be a bunny and hop on some of those days in my new year (remember yesterday was our first blogevarsary).

I have friends who do blog hops, but I have never gotten involved, other than reading them. Good luck getting it all figured out. I hope you get hopping soon.

Here between us, I never got it either, however, I liek teh idea of something constant between my randomness then I joined the Follow-Up Friday (which I do on Saturdays) and created This is Friday (on Fridays).

Do let us know how it all works out! I’ve been quite intrigued by the idea as well, seems like a cool way to find new blogs worth reading. But they really should create some form of instructions/about page for hopping newbies…
