By the afternoon, with a month’s worth of rain in the last 24 hours, poor little Lulu Belle could not contain herself any longer and barked and barked to go outside. I tried to explain that it was torrential rain and she would not like it. For some reason she thinks that rain only happens in the back yard and when we go out the front door it will be different. So out we went in the down pour. After a while we were all so wet it did not matter anymore.
It’s raining,
it’s pouring,
the old dog is snoring.
Bumped her head when she got out of bed,
and she couldn’t get up in the morning.
Rain, rain, go away!
Come again some other day.
Louise and Sofie want to play.

Ugh! That does not look like fun at all! I wish that the weather could be different in the front of the house, too!
Love and licks,

Yes spring has sprung. Sometimes you need a rainy day, just to let you know everything is going to be ok.

As much as we need a few more inches here, I don’t enjoy the mess my boys make in the rain! Sending sunny thoughts your way!

I’d really love it if you’d send some of that rain Tulsa’s way. Pretty please?

Hey Buddy
You guys were brave to venture out! I hope it dries up soon!
I don’t think we’ll see any rain until around November here in California now – yay!
I hope you’re having a fun day,
Your pal Snoopy 🙂

Snoopy. We have not seen rains like this (massive floods and endless down pours) for a very long time. Here on the Chesapeake Bay we are used to showers and thunder storms, but not rain rain rain. Mom says California is lovely but too far for us to hike to. – Louise & Sofie
