Caturday: Mutant Mosquitoes

31 May

I was trying to go to sleep last night and the kitties discovered a Cranefly over my bed.

cranefly

They spent a good hour trying to catch it.  I don’t know if they every did because I finally turned out the light.

I can not imagine a life without cats.

Happy Caturday.

Just another CATDogDaz morning at the zoo ❤

Mom agrees. She couldn’t be happy without kitties and doggies. She loves her babies. I would have been all over that fly! I might not have caught it. Mom said I am not yet the mighty hunter, but I’d give it a good go!

Well with 3 cats someone usually gets them. You will too.

You can call it a cranefly, but I’m sticking with mutant mosquito …or space alien. I wish we had a cat to protect Mom and me!

We would send you one if we could. Stay safe. BTW craneflies don’t bite.

At last cat’s a better hunters than dogs, they only rarely damage things in your bedroom. Dogs are…. different :o) have a great caturday!

Yes dogs are different Easy. When they chase something everything in their path goes flying. The cats only break little valuable things. Bol.

My cat bro Bert almost took the bedroom tv off the wall last fall going after a fly! Cats are nuts for flying bugs.

Bert would fit right in here at the zoo. Sometimes I walk in a room to find a cat in midair and nothing else there.

Here in Jersey they’re called Jersey Mosquitoes. Don’t know why, but we hate them! Animals are great for alerting us to these flying invaders, aren’t they? Love that photo of kitty “on high”! 🙂
