Sofie took the plunge into Mo’s diving pool as soon as it was open. The steps are set for large Labrador height so they are a stretch for her, but she is determined. Nothing like a first freezing swim to get the fur flying. Louise on the other hand does not want to get her face wet. Lulu is more hound than lab when it comes to water; she would much rather howl at the other dogs than swim. Sofie would swim around all day if I let her – but then I would never get that fur dry.

Actually, our piggies used to like a little swim in a shallow sink every once in a while. They did not like their baths though.

I have a baby pool for Jax, will try it out for the first time tomorrow (temps are supposed to be high) can’t wait to see his reaction.

Oh, Mom does not let us in her pool. This belongs to our best friend next door. He is a champion dock diver and swims from sun up to sun down. We are lucky dogs – that is furrr sure. – Sofie Bear
