DogDaz Zoo: Saint Brigid’s Day

01 Feb

Today we are celebrating Imbolc or Imbolg (pronounced i-MOLG), also called (Saint) Brigid’s Day. It is a Gaelic traditional festival marking the beginning of spring. Most commonly it is held on 1 February, or about halfway between the winter solstice and the spring equinox. Here at DogDaz Zoo we take any and every reason to have a party!

Noel Spring 14

Saint Brigid please bring the flowers and the birds soon.

Just another DogDaz morning at the zoo ❤

That’s a good idea to celebrate spring… maybe Miss Spring will join the party and comes a little earlier this year?
