We were playing in the sports field at the school. Doesn’t the grass look like waves in the water the way it is cut? Mommy made us play goalies at the net (She is always making us pose and we had other things we wanted to do). As we were kicking up the clippings in the grass, all these bugs started to fly, and then a flock of swallows started to dive bomb us and we had to run. One almost hit Mom in the head so she doesn’t have any pictures of that part.
What Mischief!

Hope those swallows didn’t get you! And by the way, Phe is in a contest and if she wins we are donating a portion of it to the animal shelter she was adopted from. Phe would really appreciate it if you would vote for her! If you can help her out go to this link to find out more:http://dogsnpawz.com/black-and-white-sunday-vote-for-phe-the-destroyer-dog.html Phe really wants to help her doggy and kitty friends at the shelter!!!!

Oh the swallow air force can be dangerous – and mom’s are always their preferred targets. Last year one threw a bomb in the left eye of my mom. Unfortunately we didn’t win the lottery jackpot although this should be a sign of good luck…

We sometimes get dive bombing hummingbirds here. I think a dive bombing swallow would be scarier. Yikes!

I have to say you make excellent goalies, and it sounds like the bugs and swallows had as much mischief as you!

We would have run too. Glad you made your escape with no injuries from the bugs and swallows. Looks like the two of you were up to having a good soccer game. Hugs and nose kisses

Ohhh you have to be careful with the swallows… I guess they were hungry. But that is better than seeing 2 falcons on a walk!

Did you see falcons? We have one hawk that I see in the area. One day I did see a mating pair way up in the trees.
