Blog friends –
I have been having trouble seeing for awhile. Sadly, about 2 months ago, my life finally became a total blur. Even with the screen up to 150% of size, it has been hard to blog and especially hard to read your blog posts and comments. The cataracts have won and I will be having the left eye fixed tomorrow. It may take me a week or so to get back to the blog but I hope not to lose much time. I am told that it will be easy and quick. The doctor says he wants to do the other eye in about 2 months. I am LOOKING forward to SEEING you again soon. – Lorian

They have been walking me into low hanging tree branches. Lulu thinks that is very funny.

all the best wishes for your eye appointment. my granny did it last year and she is glad now that she made this decision after she waited such a long time with seeing nearly nothing (she wasn’t brave enough and hoped for a miracle).

Granny and Lil’ Binky – It is hard for the brain to figure out why my eyes see different now. I am struggling a little with the vision, but the surgery was a piece of cake. Every day is a little better, thanks. – Lorian

Good luck! I have MANY friends who’ve had the surgery. They were back seeing better than ever faster than they imagined. Prayers for a speedy recovery. xoxoxo

It is amazing that they can fix this. I can not imagine what would happen to me if they could not. Reading is so much of my life.
