Louise here. Since I am the only one that walks with Mom in the morning, she gets lots of pictures of just me. Here I am in the front yard with the beautiful Japanese blood grass. It shows its colors in the fall. Mom waits all year for it to shine. Grammie (now 96) was a very experienced gardener. When she had to leave the big house, for the place she lives now, we took several plants from her garden. Actually, we weren’t taking the blood grass, it came as a volunteer with the purple physosigia. And, we are so glad it did because it is the understated star of the front garden.
