I must say that I have the best fur-nurses that anyone could ask for and a really good human one too. Please take care of your knees because replacing one is not a fun experience. They say that total knee replacement is one of the hardest surgery recoveries and I will agree with that. Mini Cooper and Jolie were very careful when on my lap but they always want to be ‘on’ me (even now while I am typing this from my recliner).
I am by no means done with healing, it takes months to a year, but now that I can walk almost a block with my cane outside, I am hoping this month to get back to a short Jolie walk. Let me get a full block first (and clearance from my Physical Therapist).
I plan to keep my once-a-week-only posts going because I am still very tired, but hope to return to my full-time work next week if all goes well.
Thanks for your good wishes and for staying with us during these DogDaz changes.
Just another DogDaz morning at the zoo ❤

Your PJs are very cute! Glad to hear you’re on the mend – albeit slowly.

Best of luck with the rest of your recovery. I have been there and done that 10 years ago. PT makes all the difference. Before you know it, you’ll be back to better-than-normal.
