On Sept 6, Miss Stella turned 11. I wanted to make sure that she got her praise for being a loving and sweet girl, even if she only likes humans and not other animals. Happy belated bday, Princess.
Mini here: You know that the arm of the couch is mine. And I don’t know why this new smelly little dog thinks she gets to own my spot. No way. I showed her!! I sat on her head until she moved. Enough is enough! Go away, Jolie. Go find your own spot.
Mom said she needs a break. Too much going on. She keeps repeating “so little time and so much to do.” Whatever that means. She said she will get back to blogging soon but with the nights turning cooler and the days getting shorter, she just decided that it is better to play with us than talk about us for a few weeks. See you in September.
Noel, loves her herb window, as you know. But in the heat of the summer (the CatDaz of summer), we put up a curtain because that space, with all its windows, heats up the kitchen and also burns the plants. But, it is not too hot in there for Ms. Noel. She still wants to eat in the window and spend most of her day. Like every good animal at the zoo, she is a FOMO*. So she occasionally sticks her head out to make sure nothing is happening that she should be involved in.
Mini does not like that Jolie has taken over her favorite spot on the couch. I physically have to pick Jojo up and move her away or Mini gets all bent out of shape.
So I made a similar pillow mountain on the other side of the couch for Jolie. What does Mini do? Go over to that side and sit right on Jojo.
Watch this spot as this relationship evolves. (It is cracking us up)
