★★ PET PARENTS DIED AND NEEDS IMMEDIATE HOME! ★★
HELLOOOO MIAMI!! I’m one of your PEEPS — well, one of your PUPS. I’m here ALONE in an EMPTY HOUSE!!! Sadly, BOTH of my pet PARENTS have now DIED and I MISS THEM SO MUCH. I used to sleep UNDER THE COVERS with my pet parents and now it’s just me and an empty house. I wont be able to stay here much longer – my house is for sale – besides, I am SO, SO LONELY and want someone(s) to be with!!! I am GREAT with other DOGS and OLDER CHILDREN — not so with the kitties — SEE I’m a RAT TERRIER MIX and my instinct is to chase those darn kitties — even though some are as big as me.MIAMI, FLORIDA (KENDELL AREA) Transport around FL available (if you feel that you MUST give him a home and not in FL – PLEASE still contact the rescue!)

My name is Satchel and I am a neutered male, Rat Terrier / Jack Russell mix, and I’m located in Florida. First my mommy passed away and then my daddy! I’m so very sad, I miss them so much. Their daughter (my sister) tried to take me home with her but I don’t really like cats and she has a few. I’m 11 years old but I act like I’m 2 lol! I’m living alone in my parents house right now and it’s scary. I love to be with people so its hard to be alone. I get walked twice a day but that’s it, after that I’m by myself…I am house trained and up to date on my shots, I am perfectly healthy! I love to hide under the covers and snuggle up with you. I love to play fetch with my toys. They are so much fun! I am great with people, older children and other dogs. A fence would be great as I love to run! (but it is not required). Very Soon the house I am living in will have to be sold and where does that leave me? I’m so tired of living alone and only want love…please someone make me your cuddle buddy, I won’t disappoint you.. Hi, I am a sweet older girl looking for my forever home. My last owner had me for the last 8 yrs and recently decided I was disposable. I am currently being illegally harbored in a one bedroom apartment with another dog, We don’t like each other very much and it has made for a highly stressful environment. I love children, and miss my 4 yr old little girl. I would love if my forever home had kids!! I am very gentle and laid back. I am crate trained, know basic commands and am up to date on all my vaccines. I am about 10 yrs old, spayed and weigh about 65lbs. Gertrude, Cuddles, and the Gnome – 2005
This is one of my favorite pictures.
I think they were transfixed on a bird outside the back door.
You would never know they really did not like each other.
Gertrude lived in my office – Cuddles owned the bedroom.
Both are gone over the bridge many years now.
