I don’t mind that Noel has decided that sleeping pretty much all day and all night on my bed is now her life. But, can anyone tell me why she has to eat my hair when I get into bed?

Gertrude’s Request
The other day, as I was sorting through some real pictures, you know the ones we took before digital cameras, I came across this 2005 of Gertrude and me. She loved to pester me whenever I was eating or reading or basically doing anything. Noel reminds me a great deal of Gertrude. Gerty left us in 2007. It’s funny how some of them burn a bigger hole in your heart. Maybe it’s time for a long-haired calico again?

After a walk, it is nice to come home to cats waiting for you at the front door. It is so welcoming. Especially, if it was raining on you. Louise hates the rain, but she loves a walk. Sometimes it is a hard choice. But, it always nice to come home to your friends.

We just love our Mommy so much. Who else would put up with all our whining and antics? She has the best lap in the Mom business, especially when there is a blanket on it. And, she gives us the best treats.
