Late addition to post: Many of you have seen Madge’s face here for a few months now and are familiar with her story. Unfortunately, this might be her very last pleas for help unless someone can help Canine Nation change Madge’s situation for the better. Madge has been kenneled altogether for over three months now and is completely miserable. In her time with Canine Nation, she’s sadly spent a majority of her time in a cage at various facilities and because of this her separation anxiety has worsened as well as her fear and defensive behavior with other dogs. She has gone absolutely kennel crazy and barks constantly, pacing day in and day out. It is obvious she cannot continue the path she is on now. This is their last plea for help for Madge as they have run out of options and funding and are desperately in need of a foster. Madge craves attention and human interaction as any dog, especially a previous abuse case, does. Madge needs the help from a loving, patient home now more than ever.
