Mommy thinks that this stretchy shirt thingy will make me feel less crazy when the big boomers start outside the window. She says that there are elves in the sky rolling balls into pins and when they hit them it makes those big smashing sounds. I am not sure that I believe her but the shirt does make me kind of sleepy. I really only feel better when I am lying on Mommy’s feet and, of course, when they stop making all that racket.
And then just when the thunder stopped there was all these crack crack crack sounds from the house next door. Mommy said that it was a silly holiday where people like to blow themselves up and shoot gun powder into the air. Bowling elves in the sky and then crackers. Where’s a girl to hide? Oh, Peanut’s bed, of course, with Louise and Nine. We were all kind of shook up. Why don’t people do anything quietly!
We are speechless! Thank you, Peanut, for saving us, and Mommy, for my new thunder shirt.
Happy Wednesday!
This is a Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop. Thanks to BlogPaws for the hop. Head over there and see what they are blogging about.

Hope it quiets down for you soon! We don’t care about the noise at all, and it continues here too.

It’s good to have Peanut and her bed when you hear this scary noises. I wish humans could celebrate without that boom&bang… but probably they need fireworks because the can’t bark with joy :o)

People seem to continue on and on with them. Sad that they are legal. It was quieter when they weren’t.

Hope they’ve stopped booming for you. I don’t mind them too much, but as Will says, it’s no fun when you’re scared. Hugs to youxx

Good that they don’t bother you. Louise doesn’t really care, unless they are right next to the house.

Your ThunderShirt looks cozy and cuddly, Sofie. But nothing beats snuggling with your family.
Love and licks,

Ah Sophie! I want to give you a big hug! Luckily you have your Thundershirt to do that! People can be so inconsiderate can’t they? here they set off fireworks in dustbins! So they make extra lous boom-booms! We don’t understand what possible fun they can have with that!
Hugs, Carrie and pups x
