Black and White Sunday: Waiting Out The Rain

04 Jun

We want to go out and play but it is raining so Mommy is making us wait until it stops. Louise hates to get wet and will come right back in the minute she feels the slightest raindrop. I don’t really feel it very much because I have like four layers of fur before the water gets to my skin. Charles has a really thick coat too, but he is so close to the ground that he comes in even if there is the slightest moisture, soaking wet. I guess it is better that we just wait until it passes. What are you doing this fine Sunday? – Sofie Bear

This is part of the Black and White Sunday Blog Hop. Thanks to Dachshund Nola and Sugar for hosting.

Just another DogDaz morning at the zoo ❤

it’s better to wait… wet furs are noit couch-compawtible and if we get wet we have to wait too… for entering the couch… and that’s much harder I think ;o) Happy SUNNY sunday…

And poor Charles , since he is so little, just turns into a walking mud puddle.

When you go out, just don’t find a mud puddle to play in! They are fun, but you know the next thing is you have to have a bath before you can come inside.

I’m with Lu. I don’t like drops of rain on me. Usually, Mom slaps on my raincoat and forces me out, but if we can wait, we do…

    Love and licks,

Yeah. If we’re walking she makes us all saddle up with our slickers.

They are waiting so patiently too. It is also raining here, but we managed a decent walk before it started. So, Tippy is taking advantage of the weather to get in an extra nap or two.

We know you want to go out, but it probably is better to wait until it stops raining. Getting wet is really no fun.
