Before I closed up the guest bed, I decided to watch a little TV in the den. The dogs are not allowed in my sleeping bed, but they can come up on the den coach with me, and hence, the den bed when it is open. They were in heaven taking a nap with Mommy. I have to admit, I liked it too, but with cats already taking up most of my sleeping bed, I don’t think that there would be any room left for humans if everyone was allowed up. But Mom is tired. So we told her to take a summer break.

Just in time for the dog days of summer (are there cat days of winter?)
Maybe by then Mom will have caught up on all the blogs she loves to read.

I took this picture of Nine on top of the bedroom closet late at night trying to get some flying bug. He jumped from the top, about 7 feet high, on to the bed 4 feet away. Scare the heck out of me. The humans got the bug.

Oh Gosh! Mini Cooper just loves her brother, Nine (she is number 11). They are waiting for a skink to run by on the windowsill. This may look like a black a white picture but it isn’t – when you have a diluted torte and a gray and white Tom you get this effect. One of the girls took this on their iphone.
