Louise and Sofie love to watch the world go by and I love my fall garden. The beautiful physostegia were an accidental addition when we took some blood grass from my mother-in-laws garden and they came along.

Louise is waiting for supper. Mom is busy so she is sitting in the sunbeam looking pensive.
Have a wonderful Wednesday.

Some days are just so perfect. Not to hot. A nice breeze. Just right for taking that late day snooze on the railing. Summer is coming to a close at the DogDaz Zoo. The pool was closed yesterday for the season. Now it is time for raking leaves and chasing geese.
Have a wonderful Wednesday!

“Mom, someone said that yesterday was national dog day. Don’t they know that everyday is DOGDAZ (just don’t tell the cats).” – Louise (aka Lulu Belle) and Sofie Bear

Before I closed up the guest bed, I decided to watch a little TV in the den. The dogs are not allowed in my sleeping bed, but they can come up on the den coach with me, and hence, the den bed when it is open. They were in heaven taking a nap with Mommy. I have to admit, I liked it too, but with cats already taking up most of my sleeping bed, I don’t think that there would be any room left for humans if everyone was allowed up. Have a wonderful Wednesday.

We hope that you are enjoying your day, whatever you are doing and wherever you are.
Summer Solstice is the longest day of the year. What are you going to do with the extra hours of light?
Have a wonderful Sunday!
