Wordless Wednesday: My Cat Toys!
With the zillion of dog toys that Sofie and Louise have, you would think that Sofie would have a DOG toy favorite. But her favorites recently seem to be anything that has cat nip in it. Every morning while I am eating breakfast at the kitchen table, whose legs you see in the back ground, Sofie amasses a small pile of toys at my feet. These were not positioned by me for this picture, she did it. “Mommy, look what I have for you.” Even Louise has started to play with cat toys, but mostly to throw them up in the air. The amazing thing to me is that they never destroy them. Sofie likes to suck on them (I call it “catnip tea.”) Bringing the toys and dropping them at my feet seems like very ‘cat’ behavior to me (don’t you think?). Maybe the catnip is changing her? Sofie the DOGCAT.
Happy Wednesday!

Can you count all the black dogs?
There are 6 that you can see here, but there were at least 5 more behind us, and then a few more came after this picture was taken.
